Moderation that fails closed
Every supervised message is moderated: text and images, in and out. If moderation is unavailable, the request is blocked, never passed through.
Verifiable parental consent
A child account can't chat until an authorising adult's consent is verified, not just a checkbox.
Chats encrypted at rest
Conversations are encrypted (AES-256-GCM). The database never stores plaintext, and we don't log it.
